General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bajl platform ("bajl", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). By using bajl services through the bajl website, mobile app, or any other channel, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.

bajl is an online entertainment platform providing cricket betting, sportsbook, and online casino services for players in Bangladesh. Before using the platform, please ensure that online gaming is legally permitted in your area of residence.

bajl reserves the right to change, amend, or remove any part of these terms at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. The most current applicable terms will always be published on this page.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To create an account and use the services on bajl, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be a real individual and acting on your own behalf.

bajl reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time. If it is found that a user is under 21 years of age or has provided false information, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be confiscated.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Only

Each user may create only one bajl account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all earned bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, address, and contact details provided at registration must be completely truthful. This information is used for identity verification and financial transactions. Providing false information is a breach of this agreement and may result in account termination.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited into bajl via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming on the bajl platform.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification. Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit and to the same person's account.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bajl offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x).

• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met

From time to time, bajl runs various promotional offers, cashback deals, and special events. Each offer has its own rules and validity period, which will be communicated at the time the offer is announced. bajl reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

bajl's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. Please verify all details carefully before placing a bet. If a bet is incorrectly placed due to a technical error, bajl reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Result Verification

The outcome of all bets will be determined based on the official result of the relevant event. In the case of any dispute, bajl's decision will be considered final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be processed according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Odds Changes

bajl reserves the right to change odds at any time. Odds on already confirmed bets will not be changed. However, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the bet may be cancelled.

Responsible Gaming

bajl places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is an entertainment activity and should not be a cause of financial or personal problems.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajl platform:

• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Hacking, manipulating, or gaining unauthorized access to the platform's software
• Using automated software, bots, or other technology to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Operating an account under a false identity or under another person's identity

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where necessary.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

All content on the bajl platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, databases, and other materials — is protected by the intellectual property rights of bajl and its licensors.

Users may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The following activities are prohibited without the prior written consent of bajl:

• Copying, republishing, or distributing any content from bajl
• Using bajl's brand or trademarks for commercial purposes
• Attempting to reverse-engineer bajl's software or systems
• Modifying any bajl materials or creating derivative works

Limitation of Liability

bajl is not responsible for the following:

• Losses caused by temporary unavailability of the platform or technical errors
• Lost bets or data loss caused by internet connection issues
• Issues arising from third-party services, including payment gateways
• Losses resulting from a user losing their account credentials or password
• Any bet or transaction made due to the user's own mistake

bajl's total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount of the transaction in question, within the maximum limit permitted by applicable law. bajl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages.

Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 bajl's Rights

bajl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
• Participation in prohibited activities
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• For regulatory or legal reasons

11.2 User's Rights

The user may close their account at any time of their own choosing. Please contact the support team for this. An opportunity will be given to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, however this may not apply in cases of Terms and Conditions violations.
